Life was turned inside out when I got my diagnosis, it took time but now I not only love life I am stronger than before. The aim of this site to make life a little easier, less alone and give a sense that you can take back control and love not only your life but more importantly yourself!

I hope to convey this through sharing stories, tips, information as well as doing random reviews as products become available. None of the reviews are paid or sponsored, each one is a candid view of me using the product myself. Like everything in life, running this site requires time and money. I donate my time freely as this is my passion and I gain a lot from helping others, so it's not entirely unselfish.
